HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (heap)

HEAP, the federal Home Energy Assistance Program, may be able to provide up to $400 toward your winter heating bills. The program opens Friday, November 1, 2024. For more information or to apply, click here: https://otda.ny.gov/programs/heap/

Webster Hope's mission is to serve the needs of residents in the 14580 zip code and provides food, clothing, and household goods to those in need.


Hunger Solutions New York manages the Nutrition Outreach and Education Program, which provides community-based outreach, education, and one-on-one assistance to help potentially eligible New Yorkers apply for SNAP.   

Medical equipment loan closet

You may borrow equipment from or make donations to the Webster Masonic Service Bureau, located at the Damascus Shrine Center, 979 Bay Road. Please call them at (585) 671-9730 for their hours and items available or visit their website.
